If you have never attended a Vintage Fashion Show then first of all, you have really missed out. Secondly, you might wonder exactly what kind of things are there? Since vintage items are not plentiful you may never have the same exact item twice. There are lots of hats and gloves, gorgeous purses, dresses, and usually mink stoles. The most abundant item is of course the jewelry.
Any merchandise on display is for sale before the show, that's why you need to arrive early. When the models come, out each item is described and a price given. If that is an item you would like, you place your bid. If more than one person wants the same item, then it is auctioned. That is when the fun starts! Hope to see you in June.
